2. Purpose of processing
Personal data submitted through the Site's contact form is used for the following purposes:

- Maintaining business communication related to Molaris Engineering, Molaris Strategy and Molaris Academy services, when the user has expressly requested it.

4. Recipients and international transfers
For the technical management of the contact form, Molaris uses Formspree (Formspree, Inc.), which acts as data processor. This provider is based in the United States, so submitting the form may involve an international data transfer outside the European Economic Area. This transfer is carried out under the safeguards set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or, where applicable, the adequacy framework in force between the EU and the US.

Beyond this, MOLARIS does not transfer or disclose personal data to third parties, except where legally required.
5. Retention period

Any individual has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether MOLARIS is processing personal data concerning them. Data subjects have the right to:
