This is an English translation of the original privacy policy governed by Spanish and EU data protection law. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version shall prevail.

2. Purpose of processing
Personal data submitted through the Site's contact form is used for the following purposes:
- Managing and responding to inquiries, information requests or quote requests made by the user.
- Maintaining business communication related to Molaris Engineering, Molaris Strategy and Molaris Academy services, when the user has expressly requested it.
3. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing this data is the data subject's explicit consent, given by checking the acceptance box for this policy before submitting the contact form.
4. Recipients and international transfers
For the technical management of the contact form, Molaris uses Formspree (Formspree, Inc.), which acts as data processor. This provider is based in the United States, so submitting the form may involve an international data transfer outside the European Economic Area. This transfer is carried out under the safeguards set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or, where applicable, the adequacy framework in force between the EU and the US.

Beyond this, MOLARIS does not transfer or disclose personal data to third parties, except where legally required.
5. Retention period
Data will be retained for as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining the contact or business relationship and, once this ends, for the legally required periods to address any liabilities arising from the processing.
6. Data subject rights
Any individual has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether MOLARIS is processing personal data concerning them. Data subjects have the right to:
- Access their personal data.
- Request rectification of inaccurate data.
- Request erasure when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
- Request restriction of processing, in which case the data will only be retained for the exercise or defense of claims.
- Object to the processing of their data.
- Request data portability.
These rights may be exercised by sending a request by email to emilio.rodriguez@molarisenergy.com, indicating the right to be exercised and attaching a copy of an identification document.
7. Complaints to the supervisory authority
If a user believes their data is not being processed appropriately, they have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
8. Security measures
MOLARIS applies the technical and organizational measures necessary to ensure the security of personal data and to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing or access.
9. Minors
The Site is not directed at minors. MOLARIS does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18 years of age.
10. Changes to this privacy policy
MOLARIS reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to legislative or case-law developments. Any changes will be published on this same page.
